COMMUNITY OF HOMEOWNERS
Coulee Community Land Trust (CCLT) offers continuing support throughout the time the homeowner is a part of the land trust. We have a vested interest in making sure the homeowner is happy and successful in their new home.
CCLT is just a phone call or email away if the homeowner needs any information or assistance. We also offer quarterly continuing education classes on subjects unique to homeownership and maintenance, ranging from landscaping techniques to improving your credit score. A community newsletter is also sent out quarterly.
CCLT maintains a Stewardship Fund to assist the Land Trust homeowners with major repair costs when the homeowner has no other resources available. The Stewardship Fund is reserved as emergency assistance and requests are reviewed in detail. There is no guarantee that Fund assistance will be provided or that funds will be available. If a homeowner needs to access the Stewardship Fund, they must contact a CCLT Staff Member for assistance.
Homeowner involvement in governance of the Land Trust is a critical component. Positions on the Land Trust’s Board of Directors and CCLT Committees are available for CCLT home owners.
