1458 Walnut Street - Currently under construction, “The Carter” will be a beautiful, custom-designed 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom single level home in the Meadow View Estates neighborhood of Rockland, Wisconsin. It will be the second land trust home in Rockland, and is scheduled to be completed in 2012. This is a land trust property. Buyers must agree to enter into a shared-appreciation agreement with the Coulee Community Land Trust.
