The Coulee Community Land Trust is a program of the non-profit Coulee Housing Development Corporation with the mission of creating and providing stewardship for affordable housing throughout western Wisconsin. It is sponsored and supported by Couleecap, Inc. and was originally created through the efforts of the La Crosse County Housing Commission.
